Pat's career as an Alternative Health practitioner began as her earlier work with stress reduction, relaxation, exercise and meditation led her into the study of Polarity Therapy, Reflexology and Reiki.

She has studied reflexology with Elaine Hyams Koelmel, Polarity Therapy with Regina-Sophia and Gary Siegel, and Reiki with Kathy Parisi and Regina-Sophia.
